Available Positions

We are always looking for great people to join our growing team.

    • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of fireplaces, including gas, wood-burning, and electric models.

    • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of products including grills, fire pits, awnings, and drop shades.

    • Learn to inspect and clean chimneys and vents to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.

    • Gain knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations related to fireplace systems.

    • Support field technicians in diagnosing issues and troubleshooting fireplace malfunctions.

    • Help manage inventory, tools, and equipment required for jobs.

    • Document work performed and maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.

    • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge of industry practices.

    • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services rendered and education on fireplace maintenance.
