Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of fireplaces, including gas, wood-burning, and electric models.
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of products including grills, fire pits, awnings, and drop shades.
Learn to inspect and clean chimneys and vents to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
Gain knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations related to fireplace systems.
Support field technicians in diagnosing issues and troubleshooting fireplace malfunctions.
Help manage inventory, tools, and equipment required for jobs.
Document work performed and maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge of industry practices.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services rendered and education on fireplace maintenance.
